SCOM is a mobile app that allows a user to read and share information from the Portuguese Citizen Card, as well as digitally sign documents with it.
Made for users on the go, where using the full potencial of the card on a desktop or laptop computer is not practical, or even possible.
It requires a Smard Card Reader.
